NAB BEIT 2026: Submit Your Technical Papers by Nov. 14
The 2026 NAB Broadcast Engineering and Information Technology (BEIT) Conference is set for April 18-22, 2026, at the Las Vegas Convention Center. Industry professionals are invited to submit proposals for technical papers and panels by the deadline of Friday, Nov. 14, 2025.
The conference, a part of the broader NAB Show, offers a platform for experts to share their knowledge in broadcast, media, and entertainment. Submissions should align with focus areas such as Broadcast Radio, Broadcast Television, or Cybersecurity for Broadcasters. Accepted presenters will be notified by Jan. 12, 2026, with selected papers published in the 'Proceedings of the 2026 NAB BEIT Conference' in April 2026.
In collaboration with the IEEE Broadcast Technology Society (BTS), students are also encouraged to submit papers. The conference is chaired by Sun Sachs, SVP of product at Townsquare Media, and supported by a committee of industry experts. The jury members, however, have not been officially announced yet.
The deadline for submissions to the 2026 NAB BEIT Conference is Friday, Nov. 14, 2025. Notifications for accepted presenters will be sent by Jan. 12, 2026, with selected submissions for the broader NAB Show notified on Jan. 30, 2026. This event provides an excellent opportunity for professionals and students alike to showcase their expertise in the broadcast and media industry.
