Moscow Seasons Festival Debuts in Kuwait with Symphony Orchestra Masterpiece
The 'Moscow Seasons' festival made its debut in Kuwait City, bringing a remarkable performance by the Moscow Symphony Orchestra at the Sheikh Jaber Al-Ahmad Cultural Center. The event reflected the strengthening cultural and tourism ties between Kuwait and Russia, as highlighted by Minister Abdulrahman Al-Mutairi.
The concert, attended by high-ranking officials, ambassadors, and Kuwaiti spectators, featured masterpieces by renowned Russian composers. The programme included works by Rimsky-Korsakov, Tchaikovsky, Stravinsky, and Khachaturian. Russian Ambassador H.E. Vladimir Geltov welcomed the audience, emphasising the universal appeal of Russian music.
The festival, held at The Avenues Mall, also featured a Moscow Pavilion, offering interactive attractions like the Moscow Winter Fairytale Photo Stand and Moscow Tea Time Stand. Additionally, pianist Tatiana Sukhareva led an educational master class for students of the College of Basic Education in Kuwait.
