Luxury Boutique Hotel Completed at Feldon Valley Golf Course
A £6.75 million boutique hotel has been completed at Feldon Valley golf course in the Cotswolds. The project, delivered by Architects Design Engine and Stepnell, includes a 13-room hotel and four woodland lodges, along with an extended and remodelled clubhouse. The development, which remained open during construction, ensured the club maintained its existing revenue streams.
The hotel and lodges are connected by an elevated boardwalk, with buildings clad in high-quality, naturally weathering materials to blend seamlessly with the countryside setting. Each lodge contains three bedrooms and a kitchen/living area, allowing for flexible booking options. The project's owner, former professional golfer Ian Poulter, has transformed the golf club into a premier destination with these new additions.
