Energie 360° Strengthens Swiss EV Charging Lead with Move Mobility Acquisition
Energie 360°, Switzerland's leading provider of charging points, has bolstered its position with a significant acquisition and expansion plans. The company has acquired Move Mobility, adding thousands of charging points and strengthening its network across the country.
Energie 360° now operates the most extensive network of public and private charging points in Switzerland, with over 24,000 devices following the acquisition of Move Mobility's 4,700 points. This deal also brings an additional 50,000 network users, totaling over 250,000.
The acquisition includes permits for constructing and operating charging hubs at around 40 motorway service areas. Energie 360° plans to invest around CHF 200 million by 2030 to further expand its infrastructure. Move Mobility will continue under its independent brand identity.
From 1 November 2025, Energie 360° will eliminate roaming fees at its charging points, making charging more convenient for users. Additionally, more specialists will be available, particularly in Romandy, to enhance customer focus for businesses and fleets.
With the acquisition of Move Mobility and its expansion plans, Energie 360° continues to solidify its leading role in the Swiss e-mobility market. The company's extensive network, elimination of roaming fees, and enhanced customer support demonstrate its commitment to facilitating the growth of electric vehicles in Switzerland.
