Dubai's Leisure Destinations: A Festival Fiesta
In honor of Eid Al Adha, Dubai Municipality has invited everyone to relish in "Eid adventures" across its myriad recreational hotspots throughout the emirate, as announced on social media. So grab your family and friends and gear up for some incredible experiences!
Parks and Squares: Open Round the Clock
Residential parks and squares will be abuzz from 8:00 AM until midnight, making them the perfect spot to unwind and soak up the holiday atmosphere. Also look out for sports walkways, which will open post-Fajr prayer, beckoning you for daylong activities.
Major Parks: The Stars of Eid
Head to some of Dubai’s most iconic parks, such as Zabeel, Creek Park, Al Mamzar, Al Safa or Mushrif Park, and enjoy the festive vibes from 8:00 AM until 11:00 PM, making the most of the extended hours.

The youngest members of the household will love Children’s City, which will operate from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM on weekdays and 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Fridays and Saturdays during Eid Al Adha.
Safety First: The Verdict on Abattoirs
Dubai Municipality launched a safety-focused campaign to ensure health and hygiene at official abattoirs during Eid Al Adha. The campaign covers all four abattoirs — Al Qusais, Al Quoz, Al Lisaili, and Hatta — which will operate from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM throughout the holidays.
As a reminder, unauthorized slaughtering is strictly prohibited, and the municipal department is regulating livestock markets, anticipating over 80,000 animals. To avoid the holiday crowds, feel free to utilize smart apps for booking and home delivery service.
