Beyond Green Expands Global Portfolio with 10 New Sustainable Hotels
Beyond Green, a sustainability-focused hotel alliance, has expanded its global portfolio with ten new and returning member properties. This news, which took place between April 1 and June 30, 2025, includes the alliance's first properties in Sweden and Mozambique. The new additions include Villa Dahlia in Stockholm, Sweden, which boasts a BREEAM In-Use rating of Excellent for energy efficiency. Travellers can now earn I Prefer Hotel Rewards points for stays at these new member hotels. Blancaneaux Lodge in Belize and Vermejo in New Mexico, both known for their commitment to sustainability, have rejoined the portfolio. Blancaneaux Lodge is an eco-luxury retreat, while Vermejo focuses on wildlife restoration and ecosystem regeneration. Additionally, six properties from andBeyond have joined the portfolio through a partnership with the luxury travel company. These include lodges in Tanzania, Mozambique, Botswana, and South Africa. Beyond Green's expansion reflects its dedication to sustainable tourism. New member properties must adhere to over 100 sustainability indicators aligned with global standards and UN Sustainable Development Goals. This news also signals the alliance's commitment to expanding its reach, offering travellers more eco-conscious accommodation options worldwide.
