Accommodation chain organizing Open Evenings
The Real Hotels Group (RHG) unveils the Real Hotels Group Open Nights, an initiative under its Xperience Program, a comprehensive training and talent development effort for young professionals in the hospitality sector.
The Xperience Program, a "living laboratory" for sustainable growth in the hospitality industry, is designed for individuals eager to build their future in hotel management. The training program encompasses three levels: Beginners (recent graduates of technical-professional courses), Graduates (recent graduates or masters in the sector), and Top Leaders (young people with degrees in Management or Economics and leadership aspirations who can attend international training).
To kick off this broad initiative, RHG organizes two nights of talent acquisition and entertainment—the Real Hotels Group Open Nights. By combining training, recruitment, and entertainment in a relaxed and engaging atmosphere, these events aim to bring together passionate young professionals and enthusiasts. The first Open Night will take place at the iconic Maxime Hotel in Lisbon on May 7, 2025, followed by a more anticipated event at Le Club in Albufeira, within the Grande Real Santa Eulália hotel, on May 14, 2025. Both events run from 7:00 PM to 10:00 PM and offer free entry to interested young people and their friends.
